Association Mission Statement "To promote effective management of safety in mining and associated industries through communications, education, and recognition of safety excellence" The Southeast Pennsylvania Holmes Safety Council is comprised of safety professionals throughout the field of industrial safety and hygiene. We provide members with a wide network of diverse expertise, ideas, and sources of training systems and materials. Members work together in a spirit of sharing to enable safer work environments throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
